The Foundation seeks an energetic, collaborative, detail-oriented and highly-organized individual for the Operations and Development Associate position. The incumbent will support implementation of all aspects of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts, including targeting, cultivating, soliciting and managing ongoing donor relations. The incumbent will also manage day-to-day administrative office functions and serve as the Foundation’s initial interface for stakeholders and the public.
The selected individual must be able to prioritize and work independently on deadline-critical projects. This individual will also demonstrate the ability to appropriately follow-up with stakeholders of all levels in closing projects and achieving deliverables. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, superior writing and speaking capabilities and the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality are required. The position is non-exempt, full-time, based in San Francisco, reporting to the Executive Director (dotted line to the Director of Development & Communications).
